Outdoor
At ParaCliffHangers, climbing doesn't stop at the gym. Our outdoor program brings disabled people onto real rock, with certified guides, adaptive equipment, and the systems that make crag days possible for everybody.
Like everything we do, PCH is community-first. Many of our trips are led by climbers with disabilities, and we welcome friends and family to come along. We ensure fully accessible lodging and crag access for everyone regardless of disability, and handle the logistics so our climbers can focus on the experience.
Whether you're a seasoned climber or just getting started, there's a place for you outside with us. Scroll below to find out more about our trips and find upcoming outings!

Meet Gracie!
At five, Gracie lives with multiple physical and developmental disabilities, and her family had long been told the outdoors was too risky. On our 2025 Yosemite trip, she lit up — choosing her own belayers, inviting every guide to come climb with her, and proudly pushing a friend’s wheelchair. She found more than a climbing group. She found a community where “you can’t” becomes “let’s do it together.” Her mom, Britni, climbed right beside her, and the two now climb together three times a week.
