These Terms primarily govern your use of our website and digital communications. Participation in our in-person programs is additionally governed by the registration documents, waivers, and safety policies provided when you register.

Programs and Events

Program registration information must be accurate and complete. Participation in climbing activities involves inherent risks; participants and guardians will be asked to review and sign the applicable waivers and safety documentation as part of registration.

Donations

Donations are processed through third-party payment platforms. Donations are generally non-refundable; if you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at info@paracliffhangers.org and we will work with you to resolve it.

Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

By opting in to text messages from ParaCliffHangers — for example, by providing your mobile number on a registration or signup form — you agree to receive informational text messages from us, such as program updates, event reminders, and schedule changes.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of participation, purchase, or donation.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting us at info@paracliffhangers.org. Once you opt out, we will not send you further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
