OVERCOME MOUNTAINS

Every climber deserves a way up the wall.

Para-CliffHangers runs adaptive rock climbing programs for disabled people across +20 chapters in seven states. Around 200 climbers get on the wall with us every month.

That happens because of specific things: mechanical advantage systems, adaptive harnesses and feet, staff trained in blind climbing and calling technique, and liability insurance that covers all of it in every state we operate.

  • Adaptive equipment kits at every chapter

  • Free outdoor trips, including our annual Gunks and Yosemite weekends

  • A Nationals team competing at the highest level of paraclimbing

Grants rarely cover the insurance, the accountant, or the compliance work across seven states, but individual gifts do. That is what your donation pays for. Your generosity means the world to us thank you in advance for helping us serve so many paraclimbing communities across the country!

More about employer matching

Some employers match donations, match volunteer hours, or run other grant programs. Tell us where you work and we'll email you if yours does. It's worth double-checking with your HR team either way, since these programs change often.
